19th Century Victorian Burr Walnut Dentist's Cabinet

A super Victorian figured walnut dentist’s cabinet attributed to ‘The Dental Manufacturing Co. Ltd’ . The top with an arched back and three quarter moulded gallery with turned finials above a lockable revolving cylinder door which opens to reveal the original bevelled mirror and grey variegated marble shelf. The nest of ten graduated drawers with turned knob handles and a single long drawer below fitted with a lock and locking mechanism which secures the drawers above at the same time. The base section with same original grey variegated marble top, pull-out table-top slide, long drawer and two arched panelled cupboard doors opening to reveal an interior with removable shelf. With reeded columns and acanthus carved corbels and standing on an inverted breakfront plinth base with original concealed castors. Ideal for use as a collectors cabinet or to store a dental/medical implement collection.
 
Comes with keys for all locks, in good original condition with minor marks & veneer chips to edges consistent with age. Drawers open and close smoothly, old repairs to bottom corners of doors and some marks/spillages on marble, inset burgundy surface to the slide marked. Marks and shrinkage line to very top.
