A pair of French Second Empire mahogany tub shaped armchairs.The curved backs having two strips of brass inlay,the chairs stand on square tapering legs with brass capped feet and have ormolu mounts at the top of the legs and brass ribbing around the seats-they are very comfortable!French Circa 1870.Seat height height 46cm.
