This large, ample sized Welsh antique armchair is an unusual model. Made in fantastic, dense oak timber that is a great, original colour. This country antique armchair has serpentine front and side stretchers with a matching seat front. Even the legs are wavy in shape. In superb condition, this Welsh antique armchair dates from the Late Georgian period arounnd 1810, it would make a super carver dining chair, desk armchair or side chair.
