This wonderful ITALIAN WALNUT X FRAME CHAIR, covered in, what looks to be, its original Genoese Velvet and dressed with matching tassels, fringe and gimp, dates from circa 1880.

The fabric has aged, faded and worn and now fulfills an Antiquarian's dream.

The frame is in good condition and the Chair is sturdy and comfortable to sit in.
