Description

This an imposing good quality French gilt mirror of nice proportions which dates from around 1870. The mirror has an elegant arched top with beautiful central crest and fine detail to the outer frame. This has its original gilt finish which is a delightful colour and condition overall. The mirror has its original good quality bevelled glass plate in excellent, clean condition and it’s original backboards. The mirror is a good size measuring 136 cms in height and 85 cms wide. It would look terrific above a large fireplace or as a free standing wall or floor mirror.
