Description

Circa 1850, mahogany library or cockfighting chair recently upholstered in a burgundy/brown hide with close brass studding. The horseshoe shaped, upholstered back is extending forward as upholstered arms with wood foliate carved facings and supported on C scrolls. It has a generous overstuffed seat, all supported on ring turned legs in front and outswept rear supports over brass and white porcelain castors.
