Victorian (Dated 1863) Large Gilt Mirror.
Mirror Frame is made of Gilt, Gesso Plaster & Wood.
Stands at a Magnificent size which is approximate 8 foot by 5 foot.
Which wood grace any grand Dance Hall.
The Frame originally would have held a large Painting, which was presented as an award to a Samuel Lawson Esq. (Believed to be the owner of Samuel Lawson & Sons -Producers of Machinery for Spinning & Weaving in Leeds from 1812 and continued into the 20th Century) for his machinery achievement during the Crystal Palace Exhibition.
