Good Size French Gilt Overmantle Mirror

Description

Good quality French Louis Philippe style gilt mirror with original glass.

The mirror can hang "portrait" as shown, or "landscape"

The frame is figured throughout with foliage and is water gilded.

Nice simple style, but of a good quality and useful mid size mirror

Measuring:

35 1/2” or 90cm wide

53” or 135cm high

Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
