Regency Mahogany and Leather Library Chair

19th century
Description

Good Regency mahogany and leather library chair; of shapely 'x' frame design; the scrolled mahogany frame with a moulded top edge and exaggerated 'c' scroll arms having padded armrest with a piped edge. The 's' scroll continuous back and seat raised on swept legs with scroll feet terminating in original brass castors. Newly upholstered in good quality, buttoned, tan/red leather with close brass studding to the edges.
