Antique Tapestry Queen Anne Style Cushion Frame Mirror

Description

This is a most attractive and rare 19th century Queen Anne style tapestry mirror with wonderfully embroidered panels in the medieval stumpwork manner. The mirror dates from around 1890 and is in excellent order with a clean mirror plate set into gilt moulded mount and a cushion tapestry frame. Rare to find and extremely so in such excellent original condition.

The mirror measures 84 cms by 50 cms wide.
