Georgian Thames Valley Yew Wood Antique Windsor Armchair

This is a beautiful, large scale English 18th century antique Windsor armchair from the Thames Valley region. Made very well in yew wood, this Windsor armchair features a pierced back splat with hearts and a well shaped elm seat. All in very good, solid and strong condition and a fabulous, original colour / patina. A good, ample size, perfect height to use as a country carver dining armchair. A lovely model that dates from around 1770.
