Here is a fine quality antique English Edwardian oak revolving office armchair, circa 1910, which has been newly upholstered in sage green leather, and is in good working condition.
The armchair features a curved bar back, connected to wrap around arms, supported by an elegant splayed vertical fan back. The chair seat has been newly upholstered in top quality full grain sage green leather, which has been finished with hand-tacked brass studs to the perimeter.
Condition Report:
The chair and mechanism are in good working condition. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges of the chair but nothing significant considering the age of the item. The chair seat has been newly upholstered in top quality full grain sage green leather, which incorporates the traditional brass studwork tacks to the seat perimeter. Therefore, the leather is in excellent condition, with no wear, fading or damage.
