Late 19th Century Inlaid Mahogany Easy Chair

Description

Superb quality late 19th century solid mahogany and boxwood inlaid, upholstered easy chair. Elegany turned front legs and arms all with multiple boxwood line inlays, the rest of the chair also inlaid with boxwood lines. The top back show wood piece has a lovely inlaid marquetry design panel. The chair is in very good condiiton with all the joints tight and the upholstery is also in pretty good shape apart from slight wear to one of the front corners.

Lovely looking chair of the highest quality that really should be stamped but I can't see anything.

SIZE; 24" wide by 24" deep by 39" high overall. Seat height is 18"
