A high quality mid 19th century Mahogany upholstered armchair by renowned makers "Gillows of Lancaster". This neatly proportioned chair having a sprung seat and buttoned back, raised on turned front legs with splayed back legs and retaining the superb set of original Cope & Collinson brass cup Castors. A Firmly jointed strong chair not newly upholstered but clean and presentable. Stamped to back leg "Gillow" English, Mid 19th C.
