Description

Unusual Set of Six Edwardian Oak Arts & Crafts Antique Dining Chairs

Consisting of two carvers and four dining chairs and dating from around 1900, this lovely set all have curved backs with splayed back splats and are full of beautiful charm and character. They stand on splayed back legs with a turned H stretcher for added stability and have shaped front legs and have a faux leather studded seat. The oak has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

Height:95cm / 37.5 inches

Width:45cm / 17.5 inches

Depth : 45cm / 17.5 inches

Seat Height:46cm / 18 inches
