Description

An exceptional William IV mahogany hall chair. Extremely well made with an excellent choice of fine grained timber. Solid in its contruction with no blocks missing from the underside and a good seat without splits. Attractive and desireable palm shaped back with gadrooning and roundels. Clasical William IV shaped turned legs. So well made one would expect a makers name but there is no indication to be seen.

41 cm wide overall. The back 85 cm from the ground and the seat 38.5 cm deep and 43 cm from the floor.
