French 19th Century Partly Gilded Walnut Chairs with Tapestry .

Description

This suite consists of a pair of carver chairs and two side chairs. All the frames are strong and robust with all showing signs of the original gilding. The tapestry itself is in the condition to be expected for chairs of this period. It is not torn but does show signs of wear.However the underneath of the chairs, i.e. the string and webbing does need attention and possibly renewal.

Inspection is welcome . For delivery costs please ask for a quote

The following measurements are for the carver chairs only.

29 ins wide at the front of the seat

23 ins deep from front of seat to the back.
