Description

C19th stained beech William Morris Sussex chair with rush seat and turned supports

Measuring

52.5cm wide x 82cm high, the seat 42.5cm deep.

CONDITION

Condition is generally good - some natural narrow splits to the wood in places. Some joints are slightly loose, especially where the right-hand arm joins the back of the chair. The seat appears in good, natural order, although missing a few strands of rushing to the left hand side of the seat.
