Set of 6 Superior Quality Mahogany Dining Chairs Circa 1900

1900 - 1920
Description

Six mahogany dining chairs of the best quality with curved backs containing the prince of wales feathers in the centre of each, the front of the seats are serpentine shaped and the seats themselves have been upholstered with an attractive fabric incorporating heraldic insignia, the front legs have been finely carved with reeded and turned detail, and they also have outswept rear legs making them strong and sturdy. Overall in a good antique condition with minor signs of intended use.
