C19th pair of mahogany or teak wood salon carver armchairs possibly from a ship / liner or a private yacht .One chair Has a turned sockle to the back, the other having central monogram BH. Each raised on cabriole legs with pad feet, the initialled armchair with carved knuckles to the top of the cabriole legs, upholstered seats with scrolled elbow rests and having carved wheel back rests. Measures

56cm wide x 94cm high X 50 cms deep

Condition

A few old repairs to the legs, the fabric is worn but passable, the chairs are solid though with no loose joints
