Generous George III Style Gainsborough Chair

1900 - 1920
Description

Large generous size George III style Gainsborough chair of very good quality made around 1900 - 1920. Carved walnut cabriole claw and ball front legs with plainer cabriole legs to the back. The show wood in the arms also very nicely carved with round carved patera to the front of the arm. The chair is a nice shape and is very comfortable, it is also a very generous size rather than some which are a bit neat. The upholstery is good with no damage. Just ready to be sat in again !!!

SIZE; 30" wide at the front, 27" deep, 46" high at the back.
