Description

This is a really imposing Venetian mirror which is fabulous in its completely Baroque style. Dating from the mid 19th century, circa 1850, the mirror has an assymetric curvaceous,

hand carved and gessoed timber frame, handpainted and with gilded highlights. The mirror retains its original glass which is distressed and charmingly antiquated. The piece has four small integral display shelves to the frame. This has a most decorative appeal that would give a great impact in any situation.

This substantial mirror is a fine size measuring 170 cms high by 104 cms wide at the extremities.
