Elegant Set Of Eight Georgian Mahogany Antique Dining Chairs

This Elegant Set Of Eight Georgian Mahogany Antique Dining Chairs Would Compliment most dining tables beautifully and date from around 1800. They have beautifully turned scrolled moulded backs with splayed back legs and beautifully turned front legs and an unusual turned X framed cross stretcher. They have recently been upholstered with a lovely rose striped fabric and are full of beautiful charm and character with the usual few old repairs, as one would expect and consistent with age, adding to their character and authenticity. The mahogany has aged to a rich medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
