A 19thc Gilded Oval Wall Mirror

Description

A 19thC oval wall mirror with its original mirror plate and gilding. The gesso frame with moulded acanthus leaf decoration. The gilding has worn back in places to reveal the bole underfinish overall this gives a very nice period look. Original brass hanging loop and wooden back. The glass is good and if examined very closely shows some age spots.

58 cms high by 52 wide and the border being about 6.5 wide.
