Gating from the George II period, the bevelled plate is encased by an intricately carved frame of C scrolls, shells, flowers and foliage. The cresting is an intricate and extravagant profusion of beautifully carved flowers and foliage. A stylish addition to any interior, in good condition and ready to hang in the home.
