It has a curved moulded back with beautifully scrolled carved arms and stands on splayed back legs and beautifully turned front legs with brass castors. The original cost of this amazing armchair was £950 with a further £750 to re upholster in this beautiful chocolate brown leather with matching stud trim. It has an amazing characterful look and would be a splendid purchase. The mahogany has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
