19th Century Antique Upholstered Howard & Sons Armchair.

This is a very comfortable model of an English country house antique armchair, made by Howard & Sons, London around 1875. You sink into the soft original feather filled seat and back cushions, newly upholstered in Howard & Sons printed fabric. In excellent condition, the Howard armchair stands on turned front legs, all have the original Howard & Sons stamped brass castors, one of the back legs is also stamped by the maker with serial number also.
