Circa 1890, set of 4 Northern Europe Biedermeier style birch chairs. With a deep shaped top rail which is connected by a circular carved garland to the lower rail. The chairs all stand on slightly outswept square supports. They are all in excellent condition and have an attractive striped tweed-type covering.
