Description

A Good Low Windsor Armchair in Yew Wood with an Elm seat, probably made by William Wheatland of Retford and Rockley, unusual having four spindles either side of the centre splat, the spindles are mortised through the seat, single ring turned leg with crinoline stretcher, nicely figured yew with a good colour and patina, no loose joints.
