Prior and Willis has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
This is a lovely mirror, with great large proportions.
Later hand written note on the replacement MDF back suggests manufacture by AG& Co Ltd. 1908. Presumably this was transposed from the original back when removed.
An nice find, that would look great in the right location.
The central bevel edge mirror may be a later replacement and is in good order. The outer bevel edge mirrors are probably original with only minor oxidation and signs of age. No woodworm.
Overall maximum dimensions: 105cm wide, 76cm high (exc. fixings), 5cm deep. Central mirror 52cm wide, 52cm high.
The frame has been repainted historically.
