A Small Georgian Yew Fret Mirror

Description

A rare Geo III yew wood fret mirror. Small in size being only 48 cms max high.Thick yew veneer. Two small areas of restoration one to the tip of the lhs ear veneer and the other to the bottom lhs ear lobe. Both of these restorations are not immediately apparent. The glass is heavy and thick and I would think a Victorian replacement. Moulded mirror surround with re-entrant corners to the top.
