Description

This is a striking Regency Adam style antique wall mirror which dates from the early 19th century. The good quality mirror is a grand scale and has its original bevelled sheild shaped plate flanked by six original separately framed mirror plates. The tasteful scrolling wirework design has a grand central urn and delightful ribbons and harebells to the detail. There has been some minor historic losses to the wirework gilded detail as per the age of the piece, but overall the wirework is in good order with a charming antique appearance. The mirror is a substantial piece measuring 133 cms by 76 cms overall, to the extremities of the piece.
