Set of 4 Victorian walnut balloon back dining chairs.

Date from C1870 and full of age charm and character. Great colour and patina.

Solid, medium weight chairs with no loose joints.

Good new reupholstery job in a heavy weight upholstery fabric, with a natural, light oatmeal colour.

Overall maximum dimensions:

46cm wide, 50cm deep, 85cm high (43cm high seat when sat on).

Just a few historical extinct woodworm holes that we have treated for good measure. Historic structural repairs (as is usual and to be expected) and a small metal strengthening plate has been added (a very long time ago) to the back of one chair (adds to the charm and authenticity of the chairs), all is good and strong.

As with all genuine antique furniture, you can expect to see some historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, cracks, scratches, repairs and/or alterations.
