Description

An impressive large carved and gilded OVERMANTEL MIRROR in very good condition. Possibly French, this good giltwood mirror features an elegant carved pediment with carved cupids flanking and central oval cartouche. The original main bevelled mirror plate is bordered by four further bevelled mirrors, within an ornate frame. This is an interesting and impressive mirror measuring: 50ins high and 40ins wide (127 x 102cms).
