Rare Set of Six Iconic Dining Chairs by Gordon Russell.

A fantastic quality set of six, rarely found Gordon Russell 1920's dining chairs in oak. An iconic design, the set comprises of four stand chairs and a pair of carver dining chairs. All pegged construction, all having the stepped design back splat with the exposed dovetail design to each chairs top rail and on the front of the arms on the carvers. The newly upholstered seat pads are all very clean. The oak finish and colour is fabulous. A very rare set of English, solid oak dining chairs by Gordon Russell in the twenties.

Additional Information: The above measurements are for the carver dining chairs. The stand chairs measure 90cm high x 47cm wide x 43cm deep. The seats on all the chairs are 46cm high.
