Wonderful original silvered plate with atmospheric aging and foxing . Some minor areas of rubbing to gilding with minor areas of 'bleeding' ,showing base of red/pink gesso.
Strong classical architectural statement.

Original panelled back-boards.
The whole in as found ,original 'country-house' condition.
Minor losses to Corinthian cap detail , and minor chips to edge of 'cornice' top which can be sympathetically restored and gilt-matched in our workshops if required.
A mirror of rare and desirable scale , surviving in wonderful original state .
