19th Century Gillows of Lancaster Antique Armchair.

This is a very good quality, English antique armchair by Gillows of Lancaster, the armchair is stamped by the maker on one leg. Traditionally upholstered, all the innards are very intact, ready for a new top fabric. All the show wood is solid oak, with turned front legs and arm supports, this antique Gillows armchair is also complete with the original, brass castors. Dating from around 1875.
