Set of 4 Victorian mahogany balloon cloud back dining chairs.

Date from C1880.

Solid, heavy and strong with no loose joints.

Good new reupholstery job in a heavy weight upholstery fabric, with a natural, light oatmeal colour.

Overall maximum dimensions:

47cm wide, 54cm deep, 84cm high (45cm high seat when sat on).

Just a few historical extinct woodworm holes that we have treated for good measure. A small metal strengthening plate has been added (a very long time ago) to the back of one chair (adds to the charm and authenticity of the chairs), all is good and strong.

As with all genuine antique furniture, you can expect to see some historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, cracks, scratches, repairs and/or alterations.
