Solid, heavy and strong with no loose joints.
Good new reupholstery in a heavy weight upholstery fabric, with a natural, light oatmeal colour.
There have been historic structural repairs (as one would expect), but all is strong and solid now. There are some historic extinct woodworm holes (mainly under the seat rails as is normal), that have been treated for good measure.
As with all genuine antique furniture, you can expect to see some historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, cracks, scratches, repairs and/or alterations.
