Pair Victorian Cut And Etched Glass Pub Mirrors

Pair of Victorian pub mirrors, the glass elaborately decorated with brilliant cutting, acid etching, gilding and silvering. Decoration of scrolling and trailing leaf, stars, flowers and foliage. The plate depicting the butterfly is in extremely good condition. The plate depicting lilies has some heavy spotting, the worst of which is to the upper portion and the right side. Maker''s mark: R.Morris & Son, 239 Kennington Road. Later painted frames with corner mounts.
