Fine Set Of Six Solid Walnut Victorian Antique Balloon Back Chairs

This Fine Set Of Six Solid Walnut Antique Balloon Back Chairs date from around 1860 in the Victorian period and this particular style of chair fits around most styles of dining table. They have moulded oval balloon backs with decorative carved central back splat, with splayed back legs and elegant moulded cabriole legs. They are upholstered in a neutral velvet fabric with matching braid trim and the walnut has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
