These Spectacular Quality set of 6 Figured Walnut Victorian Antique Dining Chairs date from ca. 1870 and have balloon shaped curved backs with elegant tulip carved back supports. They stand on splayed back legs with elegant turned tulip carved front legs. The upholstery is still in good condition in a simple floral design and the chairs have aged to a rich warm shade of walnut with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
