Description

A good set of twelve mid Victorian walnut dining or boardroom chairs dating to c.1870. Each with a barrel shaped bow back above a seat with saddle shaping to the front and upholstered in brown hide leather. Standing on four square tapering legs outsplayed to the rear and joined by a crinoline stretcher. We have also have a matching armchair available for sale separately.

This is an original set (not made up) and all are in good condition, there are some dark marks and four chairs have cracks to the hide on the seats.
