The suite has been freshly upholstered in top quality gold silk brocade upholstery, displaying a geometric pattern, finished with matching gold braiding. This upholstery would have reflected the original style of upholstery used. The underside of the seats have been re-webbed in the traditional manner, using hessian, to ensure the seats are comfortable but secure at the same time. The suite stands on elegant tapering string-inlaid mahogany legs.
The suite features a mellow mahogany brown colour. As it boasts the original polish, it has a fantastic colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and the years of care and cleaning it has received.

Condition Report:
The suite is in excellent condition having just been professionally reupholstered. Therefore, the upholstery is new and free from damage, rips, and marks or fading. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges of the frame but nothing significant considering the age of the item. There is no missing inlay to the frames. The frames and arms of the armchairs are solid and in excellent condition with no breaks, splits or lose movements. The suite sits firm on the ground and does not wobble. As the suite boasts the original polish, it has a fantastic mellow colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and the years of care and cleaning it has received.
