Description

Circa 1890, late Victorian walnut revolving desk chair. The chair has been re-upholstered recently in burgundy leather with hand stitched edging and spaced brass studding. The back has a padded raised section and from this come two padded arms, held in position by several rectangular spindles, and a large fluted splat at the back. The large circular seat has a deep apron and beneath this are four elegant cabriole legs finishing on brass and porcelain castors. The chair is sturdy, functional, and stylish.

Size 89cm high x 62cm wide x 54cm deep.
