Pair of Victorian Carved Mahogany Hall Chairs

Description

Pair of Victorian 19th Century carved mahogany hall chairs. A great rare find, with nice colour, age, patina and charm. Very decorative. No loose joints.

Historic repairs to the back of one chair and a crack in each of the seats (stable and well fixed, the norm for period one piece solid wood seats). Some historic extinct woodworm holes in the seat rails that have been treated for good measure.

Overall maximum dimensions: 47.5cm wide, 44cm deep, 95.5cm high (44cm high seat).
