A really great example of a Victorian slat back armchair being completely untouched and having stood in the same farmhouse by the fireside all it''s life. The chair is the best of it''s type with good turnings and shape and made in ash and elm. The chair is covered in a thick patina of age from having been next to the fireside constantly and the whole has a great colour. C.1870.
