19th Century Antique Side Chair by Gillows.

An excellent quality, English country house side chair by Gillows of Lancaster around 1860-70.

This is a lovely sized antique side chair, perfect to use in the bedroom or bathroom.

The legs are solid oak, the front two are turned and the back legs flare out and are stamped, Gillows, Lancaster.

All the legs finish in the period brass castors.

Traditionally upholstered with all the innards being in very good order. In period cotton finish, ready for a top fabric.
