Here is a good quality pair of antique Carolean revival English carved oak & leather armchairs, circa 1920, in excellent original condition. The chairs boast a pretty floral carved arched top rail above a row of flat spindles, flanked by turned vertical supports. Both chairs feature elegant down swept scroll arms, connected to turned bobbin supports to the chair frame. The chairs retain their original leather drop-in seats. The chairs stand on turned bobbin legs, connected by double “H” stretchers for added strength.
The frames of the chairs feature a rich mid brown oak colour. As they boast the original polish, it has a fantastic colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning they have received.
This item would look superb in a variety of rooms from the living room, dining or hallway. This item would certainly grace any home and are a great investment as they are an extremely functional. So don't miss out your chance to own a lovely piece of furniture.

These chairs are in excellent original condition. The chairs boast the original leather drop in seats. The leather is in excellent condition. There is no damage or breaks to the back, arms or legs of the chairs. The arms are also solid with no lose movements to the joints. These chairs are solid in joint (they do not wobble) and are ready to use.
