Made of walnut, in a pretty classic late Victorian design.
Lovely carved top rail, depicting flower and foliate designs, with a shell to each centre.
Standing on chunky turned forelegs, with original porcelain castors.
The chairs differ slightly in size, to allow for "his and hers".
The condition of each chair is excellent, the fabric is as new.
